At one time Sprint planned to shut down iDEN but they changed their plans and are now committed to it indefinitely and are putting a lot of money into it. You'd be more likely to get help from other users if you left clearly written comments describing your issues with these programs on each program's page. i.e. on the Papaya page, leave a comment explaining your problems with Papaya and asking if anyone has had a similar problem. Same with Nimbuzz, Mig33, etc. Also have you tried these programs own forums or help emails as I suggested several days ago?
