youll need a data cable and your computer with the bb desktop installed.download the boost service books(let me know if you cant find ill help).save in an easy place to find.open bbdesktop.delete the existing service books.then import the new ones.unplug phone from computer go to service books in advanced options.holding function enter sbeb.go to table setting and run.when phone restarts instand boostberry,yum
