how do i put music on my phone?
Copy your mp3 music files from a PC to the phone’s memory card with a USB cable. Instructions here: Transfer Media Files via USB Cable – Windows – Sanyo Innuendo by Kyocera
I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SEND TEXT MESSAGES…I GET THIS MESSAGE SAYING…SORRY. SAVE ERROR…ANYWAY I CAN FIX THIS?
The phone’s internal memory is probably completely filled up with old texts, picture messages and games and ringtones you have downloaded. Delete some of them, especially picture messages.
how can i give you my password for mail without everyone seeing it.
Why would I want your email password? You should never share passwords with anyone.
I have a Sanyo Mirro SCP-3810, and just last Friday the IM program started acting up; every time I tried logging into AIM/YIM/MSN Messenger, the phone would say “Connecting” and the program (which is the preloaded, built-in IM program) would say it was connecting me,but then seconds later, the screen would go black, and reboot/restart by itself.
Nothing seems to work: I’ve tried dumping pics I don’t need, checking for Software Updates and PRL updates through the phone, different programming/command codes and prompts that Boost tech support has offered, removing the battery for 3 min and replacing it, and the Delete ____ options under the Reset section under the Settings/Tools options. Even tried updating the Data Services, etc., thing.
I’ve only had it since late November and bought it brand new even though it’s an old model, but have NO idea what could be causing this. Haven’t abused it or anything and barring a hard reset have no idea what else to do.
More frustrating is, everything else works, texting, calling, and Web. What else is there to do??
Please, someone, anyone who has or has had this kind of experience, please help me. It sucks that everything works fine except this stupid default preloaded IM program!
If it’s only the IM program maybe the web service that it connects to is down and that’s causing an error that makes the phone reset. If that’s the case the problem may clear up by itself if and when the service is fixed.
In the meantime there are other IM apps that you can try here: http://boostapps.com/tag/im/
If the problem continues, see if Boost or Sanyo will replace the phone under warranty.
If they won’t replace it you could try doing a hard reset: go to Menu > Settings/Tools > Settings > Reset/Delete and choose “Reset Phone”. WARNING – this will delete everything on the phone (settings, photos, contacts, messages and downloaded apps, wallpapers & ringtones) and restore the phone to its factory original state – which should the fix the problem if it’s a phone problem and not one with the service the IM app connects to.
