u should have said so that your apps are not free to download. what’s this free if the apps aren’t
The apps are free. Your operator may charge you for the data used downloading them. If your phone supports Wi-Fi you can download them for free using public Wi-Fi. Or if you have access to a PC you can download the apps to the PC and then transfer them to your phone with the cable.
