Albite Ebook Reader
Albite Reader is a free eBook reader with bookmark and table of contents support and many features. It works on touch and non-touch phones and supports books in the popular ePub format as well as text and html files.
Tips:
- Copy one or more eBooks to your phone’s SD card before launching the reader. Good sources of free ePub books include: Project Gutenberg, Feedbooks.com and ManyBooks.net.
- On some Samsung, and possibly other brands of phones, Albite can’t find eBooks on the memory card unless they are in one of the phone’s predefined folders like photos or music.
- If a book’s text is blurry, open the menu and choose “Switch Native / Bitmap Fonts”.

Nice
Works on samsung rugby 4 SM-B780A. When you open the app, it will open multiple “permission windows” (5 or 6 times), just click yes on each, then you guide the app to the folder where you installed your epubs… and presto! You’ve got a ebook reader on your rugby 4!
I am 15 years old right now and I think 5 years ago I came to know pdf files. Then I found that pdf is such a format in which books are also uploaded on the internet.
Then I got interested in reading books on the computer. The computer easily supported the pdf format. But when I got this phone (nokia asha 206) through my father, I thought of doing the same thing in mobile i.e, reading. So I copied all the pdf files and books from my computer to my mobile. But my mobile didn’t support that format. Then I kept on searching about a mobile pdf reader on internet. I came across a few softwares like s40 reader, but they didn’t show the book well and it “hanged” a lot. After some research I came to know about epub format , which was also meant for reading books. Then I found this software at the very first click on google which supported epub format. Now I am very happy because I can read books on my mobile.
Thank you albite reader
Thank you Svetlin Ankov!
i want to have ebooks on my phone without using data, is this the right one to be use that suits to my phone c200?
Albite does not use data while reading books although downloading the books does. I’ve never heard of a phone called C200 so I don’t know it will work.
Works great on Samsung Rugby 4, as well as several other apps on here. Thanks!
