Bolt Lite
“Lite” version of Bolt 1.5 which was released a couple of days ago. It works pretty well although scrolling is slow and the fonts look pretty ugly on my Motorola i776. Still it’s a good alternative for the few sites that don’t work well in Opera Mini like the full version of Facebook.
There is one minor key mapping issue. The “OK” button doesn’t work, use the green call button instead.
Type: Freeware

On the data entry screen press the menu key TWICE and you will get a menu where you can choose Alpha, Word, Symbols, Numeric and Languages. Select Alpha to turn off T9, Word to turn on T9.
can’t figure out how to type in my email it goes to instant text 9trying to type the wor it thinks I want ) how do I change that. Thank you in advance. I have a Boost i776. Trying to get on yahoo. and Facebook.
Boost/Java apps are amazing. I put the bolt lite browser on a i415 phone that I no longer use. I was not expecting it to work, but it runs fast. I filled my old i415 up with some games as well the Opera Mini 3. Thinks Boost apps.
“Jar File Size Mismatch” means that the MIDlet-Jar-Size: value in the .JAD file is incorrect.
If you are getting this error with a file on BoostApps please tell me which app and which download method (Send to Phone, ZIP or JAD/JAR) so I can fix it.
If it’s happening with a file your trying to load yourself either recreate the JAD file using JADMaker or else edit the JAD file and change the number after “MIDlet-Jar-Size:” to match the exact size in bytes of the JAR file. You can find the JAR file size in Windows by right-clicking the file in Windows Explorer, choosing “Properties” and looking at “Size:” (Not “Size on disk:”).
