This is the official Facebook Java app. Facebook claims it’s incompatible with all Boost feature phones and won’t let you download it. However, BoostApps Forum member WyldeChilde tried it on his Incognito and reports that it:
” Works great. Connects quickly. Keys are mapped correctly.
The Bad: Upgrading to new version impossible thru Facebook as they blackball my phone. QWERTY symbols are wrong. You have to press SYM and use the Symbol list.
Overall, great replacement for launching the web browser all the time.”
According to Facebook, the app lets you update your Status, view your News Feed, Inbox, and Photos, upload photos and find friends from your phone’s contacts. Not all features work on all phones
I’m not sure what, if any, other phones it works on. It doesn’t work on my Rambler or i776, it runs but none of the keys work. If you try it on any other phones leave a comment letting us all know if it works. Update: reported to work on the Mirro, Seek and Rant. Photo uploading reported to work on Seek and Incognito
