mJetz Browser
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Today’s free app download was recommended by a reader. It’s a web browser called mJetz. It comes with a large number of predefined bookmarks for news and sports sites, web mail services, social networks and IM services plus a built in RSS reader.
mJetz has a rather quirky and inefficient user interface that takes some getting used to.
The actual browsing experience isn’t bad especially with mobile web sites. Pages load quickly, as does mJetz itself. Web sites are reformatted into a single column and most formatting, including background and text colors, is removed leaving just text, links, web forms and images.
Using desktop sites in mJetz is more problematic as large pages they are split into many smaller pages and scrolling is slow. The HowardForums.com homepage is split into no less than eight pages and that’s just the first two thirds of it. The bottom third of the HoFo page is missing entirely in mJetz.

Capone, where in the install process does mJetz fail and what is the error?
i856 is an invalid device it says but it shuld work for this device
why doesnt it work for the i856 🙁
On i290, this browser is trippy! Everything loads nicely, but it formats it insanely. horizontal rules start close to eachother and seperate to reveal their contents as you scroll right. Strangely interesting 🙂
