Opera Mini 6 is here! With some cool new features and a bunch of bug fixes, we know you’ll love this new version as much, if not more than cake, ponies, bubble wrap, kittens and duct tape.
A fresh new look
Opera Mini 6 sports a new and improved design, including a new skin, and new zoom and jump buttons for easy touch-navigation.

Click any Mobile YouTube video to launch it directly on your device’s native media player (if available).
Improved zoom for touch screens
Pinch-to-zoom is now supported for multitouch devices. Regular touch devices now zoom with a double-tap, or with Opera’s new zoom buttons.
Tailored to Tablets
We’ve designed a new user interface especially for tablet users.

Better Font Support
We’ve been working hard to improve the selection and rendering of Asian fonts, including Thai and Arabic.
I tried Opera Mini 6 on a Boost CDMA Motorola Rambler and a Boost iDEN Motorola i776. It runs very well on the Rambler. The only issue I found was that the #+8 page down key scrolls two screens at a time instead of one. Opera Mini 5.1 had the same bug. Here’s hoping it’s fixed in the next release.
On the i776, Opera Mini 6, like Opera Mini 5.1, installs but hangs on startup. Opera Mini 5.1 ran on the i856 and i9 so I suspect that 6 will too.

Not on Incognito. UC doesnt do half the stuff that Opera does. Having said that I am disappointed in the release. A few fonts and an option for sharing links or photos doesnt justify a new release. I already could watch Youtube anyways so that also is not an upgrade.
Also wont load pics on face book except if you click on them
this one shuts down my i856 just like the old version did
3/5 for BlackBerry Curve 8350. It’s the prettiest (of native browser, Bolt, and itself), and can use native or Opera browser shortcut’s (native = way better). Input is slow, like when old Opera is angry, and can cause much frustration. The interface isn’t entirely terrible, but it’s strange not having a native menu, and can also cause frustration.
To edit speed dial bookmark’s (on BB): Highlight the one to change, click & hold the “trackpad” (scroll/click button) for a second & then let off, then select Edit or Clear. To copy: click & hold the “trackpad” for a second & then let off, choosing “Select Text” from pop-up menu. Select beginning of text with cursor, then scroll to and click at the end point, and finally, choose an option from the pop-up menu.
