I tried Opera Mini 6 on a Boost CDMA Motorola Rambler and a Boost iDEN Motorola i776. It runs very well on the Rambler. The only issue I found was that the #+8 page down key scrolls two screens at a time instead of one. Opera Mini 5.1 had the same bug. Here’s hoping it’s fixed in the next release.
On the i776, Opera Mini 6, like Opera Mini 5.1, installs but hangs on startup. Opera Mini 5.1 ran on the i856 and i9 so I suspect that 6 will too.

I have an sanyo incognito and i installed this broswer… I love it . Its way better than my phones broswer and it works beautifully!
the uc browser cuts me off on my font i have no idea how to fix it and im glad i read this i thought it was just me.
I’ve been using 5.1 on my incognito for almost a year now, until opera 6 came out a few weeks ago. Had no problems at all with either one until yesterday (4-21-2011) when they both stopped working & only seem to do anything when they feel like it. I’ve updated my phones data, ran the network tests in the browsers, exited browsers & turned off the phone all repeatedly but I can only get them to work maybe 10 minutes max at a time. The horrible browser that came on my phone works fine & actually seems to load faster than opera when it chooses to work…also opera 6 switched protocols on its own several times yesterday. Is there an issue with opera’s servers or something right now? I’m not finding much help with an answer anywhere on the web…
There has definitely been an issue with the Opera servers in the last 24 hours. Hope it’s fixed soon. In the meantime you could try Bolt or UC Browser.
I just installed this app on my Rambler. I do prefer the way this functions over the regular mobile web, except I can only seem to access the pre-set links (Facebook, Amazon, etc). Each time I try to go to Google or Youtube, I get a sever timed out error (even when I use the google search on the toolbar)
Loaded it onto my Motorola i9 and it crashed several times, resetting my phone. I’m reverting to a previous version.
