in my honest opinion this browser is terrible.
I’d like to know the details of why you think this (please be as specific as possible). Keep in mind that this browser is meant to be a minimalist browser for a wide range of low- end cellphones, so it needs to sacrifice alot of features for portability and speed. Still, I’m keen to understand any issues / complaints people may have about it.
Why the picoweb not coming on my phone its a sanyo boost mobile incognito
Not coming? You mean not installing? When you open this page in the phone browser and click the JAD link what happens?
To correct some inconsistencies in the description of PicoWeb: PicoWeb does a similar architecture as Opera — middleware server to do the compute/network- instensive tasks found in a typical web page, such as image reduction and byte- stream compression, to accelerate the browsing experience for end- users. Also, PicoWeb does support bold / italics, though some phones likely do not supports those fonts and they simply fallback to normal fonts instead. Thanks for the update Roger. I’ve updated the post to remove the incorrect information.
Thanks. I thought about doing that, but I didn’t. Oh well.
How do I get my pin number for the PicoWeb? Was it in the downloading process? Otherwise I can’t access the the setup.
The PIN is optional. It lets you lock other users out of the browser. Just leave it blank and click OK to get to settings.
