Secret Codes
Store notes, passwords, a diary, etc. in encrypted, password protected databases on your phone. You can create multiple, independent databases and define any number of differnt fields for each database. For example, a password database might with fields for Site, ID and Password or a diary database could have Date and Diary fields.
The app is supposed to be able to back up and restore your encrypted databases to a PC using a cable or Bluetooth but this feature didn’t work with my Motorola Rambler or i776
The app “SecretCodes” (64 KB) is ready to download or send to your phone as filename:”SecretCode”.

I don’t know if the app supports touch input, but even if it doesn’t touch phones usually create a virtual keypad below non-touch aware apps that you can use to operate the app.

Which password? If it’s the SIM password, ask your operator for the PUK code. It’s the the phone’s lock password, do a web search for the factory reset key press combination.
