TinyGo
For the reader who requested a Go game, here’s TinyGo.
It allows you to play and review Go board game files in Smart Game Format (SGF) and has four modes: play, review, score and problem solving.
I’m not a Go player but Tiny Go seems playable on my i776. The only problem I noticed is that once you start a game there’s no way to get back to the main menu to change modes or save the game.

Nice graphics, but have not been able to find anyway to program this to be played by
the computer against me. Each move can only be made by me. I have gone into various
option menu screens, including on the main beginning board setup, hitting the soft left
and right directional keys, one opening up a play mode which did not indicate any option
for player choice. I use an LG 420G. All information and game board is visible but nothing
that resembles the easy human/computer interaction play with other simpler games.
I’m not a Go player and have no idea how this game is supposed to work. You might try asking on the Tiny Go Project Forum at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tinygo/forums
this is great btw i was wondering if u could do the same but with shogi is there any mobile shogi games ??
I did a quick Google search and only found iPhone shogi games. Nothing for mobile Java.
