Astral Effects

Astral Effects

This is a fun app that displays 10 different kaleidoscopic animations some of which are enhanced with flashing keyboard lights. There are some key mapping issues but you can get everything to work with the following keys:

Call key = Select or Exit an effect
Up/down keys = adjust animation speed
# key = clear the non-functional “menu” popup

You only need the Jump Code you are using Boost Apps on a PC. It’s a shortcut to help you find the same page in your phone browser that you are viewing on the PC.

If you are using a PC:
      1. On the BoostApps PC site find an app you like and look for the Jump Code. It’s at the bottom of the post.
      2. Go to with your phone browser and click the “Enter Jump Code” link just below the page header. If it’s not there clicK the .
      3. On the next page enter the Jump Code in the text box (image far left) and press the “Jump” button which you take you to the app’s download page.
      4. Click the JAD link near the bottom of the app page to download and install the app.

If you are browsing BoostApps on a phone the Jump Code is useless. Just search for an app using the search box at the bottom of the page or browse through the categories. When you find a app you like click the DOWNLOAD (jad) link at the bottom of the app’s page.

It has nice visualizations like some pc media players but the FPS is a little slow on the i465 . It should work great for phones with a faster processor and or higher memory . I wish there was a way to sync it up with a Boost phones media player .
