Track expenses on your phone with ExpApp. For each expense item you can enter a description, amount, note and assign a category (meals, lodging, car, entertainment or miscellaneous) and specify if you or someone else paid and if cash or a credit card was used. The app automatically assigns today's date which can be edited.  A summary report shows the number of transactions and total by category, payer and payment type and has a grand total.

It is the best free expense app I've found so far for iDEN phones.  Everything works as expected and it's easy to use  but it's rather limited. There is no data export, you can't edit categories and reports can't be filtered by date.
