Google Maps 2.3.2 Signed (non-Touchscreen)
This is a signed version of Google Maps for non-touchscreen phones. There’s also a touchscreen version here.Signed apps contain a digital signature and a checksum. If the app is modified after it was signed it will no longer work, which helps to protect the user from malicious hacks.
More importantly to most users, if an app is unsigned many phones will constantly prompt the user to grant the app permission to connect to the internet. This makes map apps, which have to download new map tiles every time you pan or zoom, almost unusable.
This app doesn’t work on Boost Mobile or Sprint phones which do not support the industry standard signatures which Google uses. It does work on many Samsung and Nokia phones from T-Mobile USA, AT&T and Tracfone.

For some reason cant seem to download it from Sanyo Innuendo. It comes up with an error message saying…
Data Error 909 application authentification failure
google maps
not sure what this means
Boost and Sprint phones don’t support apps signed with 3rd party certificates. You need to use the unsigned, touchscreen version: Google Maps Touch
Works great on my Samsung s390 Tracfone!!!
Thanks boostapps!!!
It’s working on my nokia 6300, good app.
It worked perfectly well on my Nokia 2320c-2a, even though it lacks memory.
Works on the Sanyo Innuendo
