Opera Mini 4.3
Opera Software has released a major update to the Opera Mini 4 series, which is optimized for older and less powerful phones that don’t work well or at all with Opera Mini 6. In my opinion, Opera 4.n is the best browser for Boost iDEN phones. Most of the Boost CDMA phones can run Opera 6 well but if yours doesn’t 4.3 is the next best thing. According to Opera the changes from 4.2 to 4.3 are:
A fresh new look
Opera Mini 4.3 boasts a new and improved design, including a selection of great new skins for you to choose from.

i’m using an original version OS i465 (never could update) & this version of opera seems to load quicker @boostapps.com start & w/ page load. i so far have had no issues. WORKS GREAT – Thanks Opera & Thank You Dennis for posting it 4 us.
opera mini 4.3 works great on my BB 8330 ,had OP 6 for a couple of days definetly more features than 4.3 but was a little unstable some bugs too , i think OP 6 works better for touchscreen phones like Iphone or Android etc. for some reason 4.2 didnt work right on my BB i could never click on anything using the trackball and had to use keyboard to do anything else it was frustraiting but they fixed it with 4.3, im glad they upgraded it.
oh okay i though so thanks
According to phone wizard at Opera site,
i776 can use 4.3,but i580 and i760 should use 4.2.
But i580 works fine(i760 powers down phone when started)
what i wanna kno is if that youtube thing is for real can we finally now stream videos? i already no its impossible dennis said bu twe live in a world were nothing is impossible just saying hahahaha 🙂
By itself Opera Mini is not a video player. All it does is pass the video link to the phone’s OS. So if your phone can play a given video using the built browser (Incognito, Rambler) it can now play it from Opera Mini.
If you phone can’t handle steaming (all iDEN phones, Rant, Juno) then it still can’t with Opera Mini.
