Picture Editor
This is a photo editor from Motorola. It lets you re-size your photos, paint on them and add borders, text and stamps.
It seems to designed for 176×220 or larger screen phones like the i856 or i9. The screens are cut off a little on my i776.
The Picture Editor can only work with photos taken with the phone’s camera, it doesn’t “see” wallpapers or pictures sent to the phone with bluetooth. It also can’t handle camera pictures taken in the “extra large” or “wallpaper” size, only the “small”, “medium” and “large” resolutions. Hat tip to YoDude for finding this and posting it on his blog a few years ago.

Java error on my clutch too!
it doesnt work on the i856 either ”java error”
scoot, if may be that you don’t have enough free storage space to install. To find out if that is the problem. In Java Apps, click Picture Editor. It will again try to install but this time it will list each phase of the process and stop on the one that errors out.
If the error occurs during the Loading Classes or Validating Classes phase then the app is incompatible with you phone.
But if the error occurs during the Writing Flash or Allocating Flash phases it means that there is not enough free Flash memory space to complete the installation. This is internal memory not the SD card and there isn’t a lot of it. Delete one or more apps or games until the install succeeds.
The pre-installed demos and bloatware are good candidates for deletion as you can always get them back by going to “Factory Pre-loads” in Download Apps and re-installing them.
Would not work on my i465. Java error
Would not work on my i456. When installing gives a “java error”
