Free Basics which is run by Facebook and the mobile operators, blocks downloading using free data. You need paid data to download.

Mo, the Torque C2 doesn’t support Java ME games.
it will be worked too on my HTC phone？
Unlikely, all recent HTC phones are Android or Windows Phone. I don’t think HTC ever made a phone that supports Java ME.
