i saw an app called shazam on getjar its suppost to give u the name and artist of a song by hearing it
Shazam is cool but there’s no Java version. iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry and Nokia only.
thank you…I knew I was just getting my hopes up. It sounded to good to be true.
reminds me of old Moria on pc-dos, but not quite as good. i just walked into monsters and it attacked, call button seemed useless. lil buggy, and real ugly with its words on the screen, but nice idea’s.
i looked at http://www.getjar.com and there was an app called ringer…it said you could download free ringtones. Could you please put that on this site?
Jason, I tried the Ringer app on GetJar. All that it does is try to open http://ringermobile.com/ with the phone’s built in browser. That doesn’t work on Boost iDEN phones because Motorola blocks Java apps from launching the browser. Even if it could launch the browser it still wouldn’t work because Motorola blocks all browser downloads on these phones.
