I have been trying to get 4.2 on my phone for months! Finally thanks to you my i776 is loaded and running great!
Thank you Dennis I got it to upload…it was the dashes in my #. You guys rock!!!
Brandon, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading apps. I don’t really know what the problem is but here are a few ideas:
1. When you enter your phone number on the BoostApps download page do not include the leading “1” or any dashes or spaces, just the 10 digits starting with the area code.
2. If you have a new Boost account Download Apps may not work for the first few days so keep trying.
3. An alternate way to download apps is with the iDEN Content Uploader web service see: How To: Load (Almost) Any Game or App On Boost and Nextel
4. It’s also possible to load apps with a cable and a PC by using Motorola’s iDEN JAL program. See this page: http://wapreview.com/blog/?page_id=207 for instructions.
Oh I tried the Send to Phone button and when I look to see in the download Aps it is not there. I tried 4.1 and the 3 no indication it went to my phone. Then I went to the site it self to down load and they sent the link to my phone and that is when I got those messages. I also checked my My Info and the correct # is on Line 1. i have no idea what to do next. I guess that is the price you pay for 50$ a month and not a contract phone that have on site costumer service to fix issues.
Brandon, You have to use the the “Send to Phone” button to download to Boost and Nextel phones. If that’s what you are doing and you still get an error please explain at what point in the process you get the error.
